Today NSW Health have announced that from 1st July, we are able to return to close to 100% of normal surgical/procedural activity levels. This is while maintaining patient safety.
This is due to the ongoing low rate of community transmission, low hospitalisation and strong testing rates for COVID-19 in NSW.
We would like to thank you all for your patience during this restrictive period. However, please be aware that in all hospitals key safety measures will remain (e.g. reduced visitor hours and social distancing).
You can be assured that hospitals and health care providers will remain vigilant and alert to any changes in the community. We will continue to follow government direction.
One of our staff will contact you to rebook any cancelled procedures.
